Taryn Johnson

Office Manager

This is Taryn! She's our office manager and deals with all of the claims and insurance- amongst other things. She has been in the dental field for about three years now, with some experience on Orthodontics. She has lived in Watford City for almost 10 years, but this community has always made her feel welcome and included. If Taryn isn't in the office on hold with insurance, you can find her out hunting with her boyfriend, reading a good book, or crafting at home. She is all about family and friends and enjoys the company of those around her. We're happy she brings her positive, and sometimes loud, vibes to our office!

Dental Assistant

Meet Hannah!

Hannah graduated NDSCS in 2018 and became a registered dental assistant shortly after. She is originally from Bismarck, ND but moved to Watford City to be closer to her Fiance. She and her Fiance, Brandon, are busy planning a wedding for September of 2021. When she is not in the office, we know she's at home snuggling her sweet kitties. She also enjoys cooking and watching movies. 

 We are very fortuante to have Hannah's sweet and gentle demeanor in our office!

Nicole Makela

Front Desk Coordinator

Nicole joins us from Michigan and we're so lucky to have her! She is efficient, friendly, and a go-getter. She adds a little extra to our Joy family and we enjoy her in the workplace. During the day you can find Nicole answering phones, checking insurance verifications, and greeting those that walk in the front door! When she's not at work she enjoys fishing, riding side-by-sides, spending time with her boyfriend and cat, or relaxing on the couch with a good TV show! Thank you Nicole for all you do for our office.
